It works, as you expect it. The user interface of a docurex dataroom has been designed so that anyone who can click literally can use docurex. There are neither trainings nor instructions required for end-users.

docurex was certified by the Fraunhofer for its ease of use. It is so easy and intuitive  that no user training is required.

No client software required

In order to use docurex, only your Internet Explorer and an Internet connection are required. The installation of client software is completely unnecessary. You may start within secons without changing anything on your computer.

Full-text indexing

Documents that are being uploaded to the docurex dataroom can be scanned instantly for further search operations within documents. Thus docurex enables you to search across documents - regardless of the document type. Works with Office documents, PDF, text or HTML. This feature really saves your time. 

Search function

The advanced search function is much more than just a "Keyword Search". On the basis of various filters, you can perform complex queries and then download the resulting documents as a compressed ZIP file.

Corporate Branding

The docurex data room can be branded with both the color and your logo in order to fit to your corporate identity.

Multi-Languages

Logging

Each transaction (literally every click) in the dataroom is unalterable and auditable recorded to help you in case of need.

In addition for each participant in data room the logging level can be defined according to specific needs.

Automatic conversion of documents into PDF format

Via automatic converting the documents into PDF format, no additional viewer is required for viewing documents stored in the docurex dataroom

Additional security features like prevent printing or export of content can also be activated for specific groups or users giving you an extra level of confidence. Upon request documents may have an individual watermark inside allowing you to identify the user and date it was last ssen or dowloaded.

Export-Function

The integrated export function provides a complete backup-download of the entire dataroom to your local disk any time you desire. 

The type of export (only data, or including data logs, etc.) can be determined individually.

Q&A-Module (Questions und Answers)

The Q&A-Module allows investors, employees or other users to ask specific questions about specific documents or folders.These questions will be sent to responsible employees or departments who can directly take care of the question. With the docurex Q & A-module it is possible to answer a huge amount of questions within a very short time .

User and Group based permissions

You can give or retake each user permissions with a few steps on folders, subfolders, and even individual documents. Through integrated management tools, you receive precise reports for all assigned access privileges.

Evaluation of the interests of investors

For sellers, it is a great advantage, to known about the information and the state of awareness of the buyer. With docurex you will receive detailed reports on all access activities of your potential buyer and adjust your strategy.

Evaluation of Access History

The docurex system logs each individual user action and places it in an audit-ready report.  Eg. login ,logoff , access documents, or write, delete operations, are archieved for further processing.

The role-based user model ensures that only authorized persons have the right to access these system logs.

Mass downloads

The integrated mass download allows you to download a complete folder structure including subfolders and documents in a ZIP file.
