A word from the founder

“The data room has to fit your project.”

When we launched docurex® in 2007, virtual data rooms were for transactions with a deal volume of €1 billion and more. For everything below that, there was the ring binder and the encrypted email attachment. That is exactly the gap we wanted to close – and it has remained our mission to this day.

What has changed since: the technology, the functionality and, most recently, AI support in document review. What has not changed: you speak to someone who knows your data room. We have supported many of our customers for many years, some for almost two decades. That is no coincidence, but a decision.
