You can manage all types of property documents, including sales brochures, construction documents, energy certificates, lease agreements, land register extracts, technical documentation, correspondence with tenants, service providers and insurers, maintenance logs and financial documents. The system supports all common file formats such as PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and images.

How secure is my property data in docurex®?

docurex® offers a comprehensive security concept: an intelligent protection system against online espionage, individual security levels and user permissions for every user and every document, a complete audit trail of all access and changes, and hosting in Germany. All data transfers are encrypted, and the system is ISO 27001-certified.

Can I restrict access to certain property documents?

Yes, docurex® allows very fine-grained permission management. You can define individual access rights for every user and every document – for example, read-only rights for selected documents, while other users also have editing rights. This is particularly useful when you work with external service providers, investors or tenants and want to share only certain information.

How can I structure my real estate portfolio in docurex®?

docurex® offers flexible ways to structure your data. You can set up folder structures by location, property type, type of use or other criteria, and create subfolders within them for contracts, technical documents or financial information.
