Yes, you can upgrade from one version to a higher one at any time. All your data and settings will be preserved. Simply contact our support, and we'll take care of the smooth transition. No additional setup fees apply for upgrades.
Additional user licenses can be flexibly added and are billed monthly. The price per additional license depends on the chosen version. Additional storage space is offered in packages of 1 GB, 5 GB, or 10 GB. For an individual calculation, please contact our sales team.
The minimum contract term is 3 months. After that, the contract automatically renews for one month at a time unless terminated with a notice period of 14 days to the end of the month. For short-term projects, we also offer special conditions – please feel free to contact us.
Yes, docurex® is also available as an appliance for operation in your own data center. This option is particularly suitable for companies with the highest security requirements. The appliance is delivered pre-configured and can be put into operation immediately. For more information and an individual offer, please contact our sales team.
We offer you the opportunity to test docurex® without obligation and free of charge. After your request, we will activate a test account with all the functions of the Enterprise version. The test period is usually 14 days and can be extended if needed. During the test, our support team is available to answer questions and provide assistance. After the test period, you can decide whether you want to continue using docurex®.
